After 12+ years as Head of HR at a fast-scaling tech company—growing from 350 to 4,000 employees—I’ve seen what it takes to lead through change, complexity, and the messy middle. I’ve coached leaders through hyper-growth, M&A, culture transformation, and everything in between.

But the real growth happened with leaders in those in-between moments—when the path was unclear, and courage mattered more than perfection.

I founded Limitless Potential to support those leaders who are ready to grow with intention. My work is grounded in values like leading with vulnerability, finding opportunity in imperfection, and believing that growth is always possible.

  • Coaching is for growth and leadership development, not therapy, medical care, or legal/financial advice.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
  • We maintain confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law.



Coaching & Advisory Services 

  • Payment is due at booking or checkout.
  • Accepted methods: Stripe, QuickBooks, PayPal, and others as listed.
  • All prices are in USD unless noted.



Payments

  • Coaching/Advisory: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged in full.
  • Digital Products: Non-refundable due to instant access.
  • Advisory Engagements: Refund terms are defined in your signed agreement.
